We take choosing stories for fellow book lovers very seriously & only select the very best out there!
How we choose our books
If we're not adding to our own TBR, then we're of course adding to yours! All of our books are sourced from reputable retailers and publishing companies and we like to include a mixture of popular books & titles that may be less heard of.
We research each and every book ourselves to ensure we are only sending well-written highly regarded books out to you and we only select books that are either single reads, the first in a series or a stand-alone story that's part of a larger series that can be read in any order.
Book Grades
Alongside our new books, we also offer carefully handpicked B-Grades. These books may show some signs of very gentle pre-use (such as slightly discoloured page edges and slight signs of wear & tear) however they are still in brilliant condition with barely noticeable to absolutely no creased or cracked spines. Some of our B-Grade books are in pristine condition despite being preowned.
Both our new and B-Grade books come with an array of goodies including prints, stickers, bookmarks & a sweet treat.

When choosing the right surprise book package for you, you will find that we have broken down a variety of genres into 8 themes; Literary Fiction, Fantasy/Sci-Fi, Historical Fiction, Epic Romance, Lighthearted, Cold Crime, Cosy Mysteries & Thrills & Chills. Within each of these categories we include a mix of sub-genres, themes & tropes to give you an idea of the kind of books you might receive.
We have kept this quite broad in order to encourage you to find something new and unexpected but still within an area of interest.
