The book wrapping to us is such a special and important part of the experience so we do all of the wrapping ourselves to ensure that each book meets our high quality standards. Our books are not wrapped to order therefore we can't take specific wrapping requests at this time.
What if I'm unhappy with the book I receive?
We value customer satisfaction above all else and want you to be happy with your book however there is always an element of risk that comes with buying a book in this way. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will be happy to assist from there.

Does your included sweet treat cater to dietary requirements?
Absolutely, yes! Being gluten free ourselves we know how disappointing it can be to not be included. We offer a plant based frothy coffee which can be selected during checkout and there is also the option to specify any further dietary requirments.
What if the book I receive is one I have already read or own?
Buying online is a little different to buying with us in person as you won't be able to see the clue cards beforehand however we do encourage you to share your Goodreads link during checkout so we can make sure it isn't already on your list. You can also use this space to let us know anything else that might help us when choosing your book but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you won't receive something you have already read or may own.
